LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*

I Need A Radiator warrants all of its radiators sold to be free from manufacturing defects as longs as the original purchaser owns the vehicle which they purchased and installed the radiator.

Warranty is for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

I Need A Radiator does not manufacture any of the products sold. All warranties implied are limited to what is given by the manufactures.

I Need A Radiator’s sole responsibility under all warranties is limited to replace the defective product only. We are not liable for labor, transportation, injury or other direct or indirect consequential damages incurred.

Products which have been altered, improperly installed, maintained or repaired, or damaged by accident, negligence or misuse, or installed on vehicle which was not prescribed for it’s use are not covered by warranties.

This warranty does not cover damages to connection threads that are stripped during installation. Warranty does not cover any physical or chemical effects of water, steam, or other liquids, gases or agents present in the system or the operating environment of the equipment, also the failure of the vehicle warning system.

Claims of engine damage caused by overheating will be denied. All vehicles are equipped with warning lights and/or gauges that warn the vehicle operator of overheating much in advance before any engine damage occurs.

Removal of any tag, label, or other means of manufacturer's identification will automatically void this warranty.

This warranty give specific legal right in addition you may have other rights that can vary from state to state. Certain states don't allow limitations on the period the warranty lasts or certain states don't allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitation or exclusion does not apply you.

You will be contacted via email to notify that a new radiator has been shipped out to you. upon shipping out the new replacement radiator, your account will be billed for the new radiator and after receiving the defective radiator and after inspection, to ensure that the radiator is a manufacture defect, a credit will be issued to your account for the amount of one of the radiators.

I Need A Radiator RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE FINAL JUDGEMENT TO DERTEMINE WHETHER A PRODUCT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY OR NOT.

** Please put the defective radiator inside the box of the new radiator and ship it back to us. Shipping instructions will be provided in the follow up email.

** Please make sure that all fluids are removed from defective radiator before shipping.

**this warranty applies to only all Radiators that are sold on-line. The warranty information on other radiators ordered through INEEDARADIATOR.com will be specified at the time of the order.

Return Policy

-all returns are subject to inspection with a 25% restocking charge.

-special order items are subject to inspection with a 25% restocking fee. (special order items are all items that are not available online.)

-no returns after 15 calendar days from date of purchase.

-must include a copy of the original invoice.

-credit will be issued (less the restocking fee) once the radiator is received and inspected.

-all return requests will be denied if radiator has been altered, installed improperly, or misused in any way based on the judgement of ineedaradiator.com. in the case of being denied credit the radiator will then be reshipped to the customer at the customers own expense and no credit will be issued.

-to notify us of a return request please email our Returns Department and further instructions will be forwarded.

IF THE RADIATOR IS RECEIVED BACK AND IT IS DETERMINED THAT IT IS NOT A DEFECT, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL NOT BE CREDITED!
